Holding Your Mind in Your Heart

Be compassionate toward yourself during times of grief and loss with a practice designed to help you dissolve tension and decrease stagnation. You’ll begin with a centering practice, followed by bhastrika (bellows breath), simple flowing seated stretches, a lunge series, dynamic bridge, and more. Enjoy this opportunity to move in a slow and deliberate way so you can begin to rest your body and mind.
