Hope in Action

Let your yoga practice be an expression of your internal hope and fortitude. Feel how the ground supports you as you move through heart openers and leg-strengthening standing postures. Allow the earth to support you as you play with balance poses before ending class with a breathing practice focusing on your heart meridian. Enjoy some moments of harmonium and sound throughout.
