How to Digest Grief Using Agni
Often when we’re grieving our bodies get tense as we try to hold ourselves steady. Give yourself space to slowly digest and assimilate your feelings at the physical, emotional, and mental level in this gentle supportive practice. You’ll have time to pause along the way to notice your body and your feelings and to check in to see if you want to continue the practice or pause for a while.
