How to Go With the Flow - Beginner Vinyasa

Do vinyasa flows feel too fast sometimes and inaccessible? Explore this beginner vinyasa class where you’ll learn how to slow them down and make them work for you. You’ll start by centering in sukhasana (easy pose) and then move on to a seated spinal warm-up. After that comes cat cow and a few slow sun salutations that include standing poses such as crescent lunge and warrior II.

You’ll do a balance-boosting sequence from there where you’ll flow from standing knee to chest pose to warrior III to tree pose. Next, you’ll come to the ground for bridge flows, a supine cool down, and a concluding pose of your choice.

Props: Blocks, blanket
