How to Teach Asana for Healing and Transformation: Part 3

Class Description

Follow Shari in this balanced practice designed to allow students to turn inward, relax the nervous system and anchor the mind.  Move through agni sara and standing poses to enhance stability, gently strengthen, and stretch to free the breath so the mind can deeply rest.  Also includes systematic relaxation followed by guided meditation.
