I Am Enough

Practicing yoga can help you remember who you are at a soul level. In this class, you’ll work with your lower chakras in order to release fear, and as result, feel better about yourself.

You’ll slap the floor, do seated, rocking straddle movements, throw lots of punches, do different types of squats, and more.
