Ignite Your Inner Spark

Nurture your heart energy and re-connect with your inner spark in this nourishing restorative practice. You’ll get comfy in a “heart roll,” a supportive backbend that allows for easeful breathing while visualizing your inner heart flame. You’ll then move into some gentle supportive twists, followed by a supported Childs pose. Leave this practice feeling rested and glowing from within.
