You’ll begin in crocodile pose to cultivate smooth, seamless diaphragmatic breathing. After that, you’ll move through cat-cow, agni sara, and variations of both intended to increase prana shakti (life force) in the body. Slow dolphin push-ups and heart-opening movement in reverse tabletop follow.
Then conclude the experience with a guided meditation where you’ll use the breath to nourish your mind and release doubt.
