Switch it up today with this integrated practice where you can practice on a mat or chair…or both! (Amber and her student demo both practices so you can easily follow along.) Class begins with a centering practice and a neck and shoulder warm-up. After that, you’ll move into a moderately paced vinyasa flow full of lunges, twists, backbends, and more. Enjoy the opportunity to move just as you please throughout this whole-body sequence.
