Introspective Yin

Restore yourself with this meditative yin practice. You’ll do just three poses: starfish (which is similar to savasana), a reclined backbend using two bolsters, and a supported twist. Throughout the class, you will be guided to work with your breath in different ways to make the experience deeply relaxing.
