Introspective Yin

Class Description

Restore yourself with this meditative yin practice. You’ll do just three poses: starfish (which is similar to savasana), a reclined backbend using two bolsters, and a supported twist. Throughout the class, Ellen guides you to work with your breathing in different ways so that the experience is deeply restful.
