You’ll begin with some ankle practices focused on mobility and strength followed by simple foot-focused warm ups from staff pose, bound angle pose, a seated twist, and more. From there, you’ll do sun salute variations before coming into a series of standing poses that emphasize specific actions of the feet. After that comes child’s pose variations before a few bridge poses with an option for wheel where you’ll focus on subtle weight shifts in the lower legs and how they affect the whole body.
You’ll do a cool-down series after that before concluding with a guided fascial release practice for your neck and breathwork.
