This playful class is all about movement. You’ll flow through familiar poses, enjoying the experience of moving with your breath while keeping an eye on alignment. Open your gate (pose) on both sides, untwist into forward folds, turn your tree into an eagle and your eagle into a seated twist, and transition in other creative ways with just the right amount of effort.
