This refreshing restorative class opens with a blanket-supported fish pose, where Cyndi encourages you to “fill space in order to create space.” In other words, just rest. Allow yourself to do that as you move into block-supported twists, a cozy “pod” version of supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle pose), and a savasana you can prop just as you like.
