It's Amazing How Rejuvenated You Can Feel in 30 Minutes

This refreshing restorative class opens with a blanket-supported fish pose. Allow yourself to do that as you move into block-supported twists, a cozy “pod” version of supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle pose), and a savasana you can prop just as you like. Have a second blanket for this practice.
