Class Description

This 60-minute hip-focused, Jivamukti-inspired sequence includes a standing pose series, balance poses, short vinyasa flows, and feel-good backbends. Jessica also guides you through balancing exercises that are designed to help you find stability in tree pose, warrior III, revolved half moon, and more.
