This one-hour alignment-focused class will introduce you to Jivamukti yoga. You'll warm up with sun salutations, move into strengthening standing poses, then transition to the ground where you'll explore wheel, shoulderstand, and more. The intention for this class is the mantra: lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu (May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all).
