After warming up with Jivamukti's "magic 10" sequence, you'll be invited to set an altruistic intention for your practice and to join Jessica in chanting. Then you'll move through a sequence that includes standing poses, basic twists, deep backbends, inversions (with customizable options), and more. Close your practice with a seated meditation, aligning the breath with the mantra "let go," and final chanting.
