Just Yoga Level 1: Stretching

Class Description

This level-one class includes feel-good stretches that you'll do (mostly) from the floor. If you're feeling a little tight in the shoulders, sides of the body, hamstrings, and/or hips, and you're not looking for an intense practice, this is for you.
