Awareness-building sequence that features balance poses such as half moon bow pose, extended hand to big toe pose, dancer pose, crow pose, and more. Cleansing breath practices such as agni sara (fire essence) and nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) enhance the experience, providing further opportunity to refine your focus and center your mind.
