Just Yoga Level 2: Create Stability
In this stabilizing sequence, you’ll begin with practices like agni sara (fire essence) and ashvini mudra (“horse gesture”) that are designed to build stability in the pelvic floor. Then, you’ll bring the energy and steadiness you’ve cultivated into a strengthening sequence where you’ll hold each pose for several breaths. Find movement in the stillness so you can experience the dynamic quality of the poses and refine your practice.
