Just Yoga Level 2: Strengthening

This whole-body class focuses on building strength through slow and deliberate movement. As you practice, you will be reminded to stay focused on the fullness of your breath, the power of your core, and the steadiness of your foundation. Class concludes with a relaxation, pranayama, and meditation.
