In this alignment-focused vinyasa class, you’ll explore creating stability in your pelvis in order to feel more grounded. You’ll practice hip openers such as low and crescent lunge, warrior II, triangle, and half moon. You’ll also move through bridge pose and supine twists before concluding with a guided savasana.
