Keep Your Shoulders Happy in Practice

Looking for a vinyasa class with lots of activating core work? This fiery flow that includes knee-to-nose transitions from down dog, sun salutes, sphinx to forearm plank transitions, side planks, supine core work, and more. Then, once the active work is over, wind down with prone twists, bridge pose, and supine leg stretches before concluding in savasana. Enjoy!
