Kriya for Melting into Better Sleep

A video kundalini kriya to help relax before bed and get the rest you need. You'll use the mantras "sa ta na ma" and "wahe guru" to help you focus and melt into the meditation. Once you learn the basics of this practice, you'll have time to meditate and breathe at your own pace.
