Kundalini Warm-up Sequence

This warm-up sequence blends vigorous movement with slow, methodical movement. You'll move your spine in all directions, release tension in your neck and shoulders, and open your hips. You can do this warm-up before any practice (not just a Kundalini practice!) and if your day is super busy, it may also be all the yoga you want and need.
