Kundalini Yoga: A Short, Sweet, Energizing Kriya

This half-hour practice (which you can do at any time of the day) will help you get your energy circulating sweetly through your body. Start with mantra and some seated forward folds. You'll enjoy twists, mindful breathwork, cat cow, and more. End class with a relaxing and grounding savasana.
