Kundalini Yoga for Conquering Procrastination

Feeling stuck? With this heat-building practice, you’ll (literally) shake off anything that’s in your way and activate your will to move forward.

You’ll shake, jump, and twist a lot in the first part of class. After that, you’ll do a core-strengthening series on your back (which includes lots of leg lifts and floor taps), shake more, and then conclude the practice with a savasana that’s all about surrender.
