Class Description

Cultivate a mood of relaxation through yoga that you can recall during labor.

The sequence includes chanting (om), a restorative child’s pose (using blocks and blankets for support), progressive hip-opening and back-stretching practices (where you’ll use a chair for support), and calming breath practices. 

Have several blankets available.
