Join Ellen for this alignment-based class where you’ll focus on lateral bending, hip stability, and twisting.
You’ll start with a seated forward fold and a standing balance practice to refine alignment points and key actions that you’ll integrate throughout class. Then you’ll warm up with sun salutations before moving on to revolved chair pose and focused work in warrior I, II, and side angle. After the standing work comes seated forward folds, twists, and side bends.
You’ll wrap up the experience with a guided savasana.
