Learning Knee-to-Hip Alignment
In this practice for the knees and hips, begin with a warm-up where you can observe your current alignment. Then, move on to a mindful hip- and knee-strengthening sequence that includes gentle blanket slides from seated, wall-and block-supported lunges, a posture check, and a supine pelvic strengthening exercise.
