Class Description

This deeply relaxing 20-minute sequence focuses on releasing the muscles of the lower body to help you restore all over. Luke guides you through specific leg, hip, and lower back stretches that are supported with a bolster, block, and strap (but if you don't have those handy, Luke provides some creative "around the house" substitutes that you can use instead).
