In this 30-minute alignment-based practice, you'll learn the component parts of (and then do!) two key arm balances: lolasana and eka hasta bhujasana. You'll prep on your back with some quick hip-opening and core work, then you'll explore arm balancing!
If you find a pose to be super challenging, remember that you won't be in it very long. And keep in mind, every step counts, whether you find liftoff or not!
