Slow Down and Linger Longer
Give yourself permission to slow down and receive yourself as you are in this calming practice. Begin in virasana (hero pose) before moving on to half butterfly, a blanket-supported supine heart opener, and a prop-supported supta virasana. Finally, conclude with a bolster-supported savasana variation to drop into the experience more deeply.
