Love Triangle

Learn and explore five different triangle pose variations from five different movement perspectives: Sivananda yoga, early gymnastics, Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar yoga, and an SI-joint-friendly variation from Dr. S.V. Karandikar (a yoga therapist and student of Iyengar). Practice each, see if there’s a version you like best, or maybe borrow bits and pieces from each of them and invent your own!
