Recovering from an injury or simply seeking a gentler strength practice? Build your muscles, stabilize your joints, and invest in your own stability with these low-impact exercises. We’ll do three super sets that repeat, all from a chair—these exercises include simulated pull ups with leg extensions, leg marches with arm pulling movements, lunge dips, and more.
