Lunge and Squat

Class Description

This functional mobility class is themed around lunging and squatting. You'll start with a centering exercise from standing, then you'll warm up the whole body before transitioning into a strengthening and mobilizing lower body practice. 

Class winds down with gentle supine practices, pranayama, and meditation.
