This sequence includes a gentle warm-up from seated, quadruped, and supine positions, and a hearty dose of standing poses including lunge twist, warrior I, warrior II, and peaceful warrior. You’ll also do a seated and supine sequence that focuses on breath awareness before concluding in savasana.
