Mama Strength: Upper-Body Conditioning for All Trimesters

Strengthen your upper body and prepare for the "weight lifting" that comes along with parenting (i.e., carrying your baby, diaper bag, car seat, and so on). This isn't a typical upper-body-focused class (which usually involve lots of weight-bearing through the hands). In fact, you'll do most of the practices from standing. Using props and a wall, you'll engage through your shoulder girdle and find a sense of stability and strength.
