Managing Grief

Managing grief? We often have difficulty processing shadow emotions such as grief, sorrow, betrayal, and loss. And these unprocessed emotions cause blockages in the mind-body—our hips are achy, our knees are paining us, our stomachs burn, our backs won’t budge, or perhaps our throats feel like they have golf balls stuck in them. You know what we need? We need to get into our bodies and shake things up.

Through breathwork and asana, Shari Friedrichsen takes us on a journey to help us release pent-up tensions and allow a space for everything we’re feeling, no matter how difficult.
