Midline Pilgrimage

Connect to your midline with this core-powered practice. 

Class begins with bhastrika (bellows breath) and then moves into a creative flow that includes side plank, pulsing in chair on tiptoes, dynamic core work on hands and knees, a supported variation of eka pada koundinyasana, and more. 

Throughout much of this sequence, you'll get cozy with a block—using it to (among other things) turn your abs and adductors on, providing you with power and stability as you go.
