Migraine Recovery

This slow and calming class is designed to support you on the days following a migraine. You’ll begin with a block under your head in child’s pose where you’ll do a gentle forehead massage practice. You’ll then move on to a bolster-supported hip opener, easy twists on all fours, dynamic movement in bolster-supported lunges, a short standing sequence at the wall, neck stretches, and more. Every step of the way, you are encouraged to modify the poses as needed or desired and to focus on the parts of your body that feel good.

Props: sand bag, block, 2 blankets, bolster, wall
