In this workshop-style class, you’ll explore detailed alignment in familiar poses.
You’ll begin with a warm-up before moving into a sequence that includes dynamic movement in and out of revolved half moon pose, a warrior II variation, plank push-ups, chaturangaholds, locust pose, and more.
After that, you’ll experiment with a variety of cues as you practice half moon pose, revolved half moon, and warrior III, before moving into a backbending sequence (which includes three rounds of wheel pose), revolved hand to big toe pose, crow pose, and more.
