Moment of Connected Stillness

Drop into stillness and finding what's most important with a guided breathing practice of viloma pranayama ("against the hair") or three-part breath, filling from the bottom of the torso to the middle to the top. This accessible practice starts with instruction of the breath followed by a few minutes of practice.
