Morning Breathwork and Meditation

This practice is designed to help start your morning off right. Begin with a short hip-opening warm-up followed by kapalabhati (skull shining breath) before moving into a dynamic breathing sequence that combines kapalabhati, nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), breath retentions, ujjayyi (victory breath), and hissing breath. This refreshing experience concludes with a guided “blue sky” meditation.
