Movement Using a Wall

Enjoy the opportunity to deepen your practice with the support of the wall and feel how your body flows with the movement. We'll start with a cat and cow warm-up for your spine. After that, you'll move on to an exploration of triangles, lunges, warrior l and more, before concluding with a guided relaxation as you roll your legs up the wall (or chair).
