Moving for Life

Let your yoga practice be a source of support for your life off the mat. You'll practice poses that mimic movements from everyday life, strengthening and lengthening your muscles so you feel better in your body as you do laundry, carry groceries, pick up kids, etc.

Props: 2 blocks, blanket (optional)
