Myofascial Release for Runners and Other Lower-Body-Focused Athletes

Runners and other lower-body-oriented athletes often experience tension and tightness in their glutes, hips, hamstrings, and quads. In this class, you’ll use a small ball (preferably a myofascial release ball) to release those areas, primarily using the pin and stretch technique.

Settle into each position mindfully and enjoy this practice that gets easier over time as your body adjusts to it.
