New Yoga at an Older Age

Curious about yoga? Learn how to get started with this strengthening and mobilizing practice. You’ll warm up with a relaxing breathing practice and basic stretches before moving on to foundational poses, such as mountain, tree, and warrior l. Along the way, you'll hear alignment tips that can help you feel stable and grounded. This entire class is done in an upright standing position.
