This straight-to-the-point, high-intensity sequence is designed to get you moving in the morning or anytime you need a pick-me-up.
Class begins with standing side bends, standing twists, and a lunge series. After that, you’ll move on to a strengthening sequence (that integrates power chairs and lunges), a warrior/goddess pose flow, standing balance work, and more.
Once the active work is over, you'll wind down with a series of feel-good floor stretches—primarily for the lower body, which you worked so hard.
