Ode to the Earth

Deepen your relationship with the earth beneath us and the earth element within each of us. This kriya (action) begins in child's pose, feeling the heartbeat of the ground. Move through spinal warm-ups, lunges, downdogs, squats and more. Feel your body as a conduit between our Mother Earth and the sky above.
